Description
Three volumes of records of the first 100 patients treated with Intal by Altounyan and his co-worker, Jack Howell and key to patient names. These records were submitted to the Committee on Safety of Medicines as part of the licence application. Patient No. 1 was Altounyan himself. All patients have been anonymised - initials only. Received from Dr Alan Edwards in January 2013
