Counsel's Opinion, advising Burroughs Wellcome & Co (11 March, 1895);
Agreement (signed) between Wyeth and Burroughs Wellcome & Co, appointing them as sole agents (1 June 1895);
Agreement (signed) between Burroughs Wellcome & Co and W F Horton (24 June, 1895), with letter from Horton releasing them "from all claims for commission until 1st July 1895";
copy of Judgement (24 June, 1896) appointing Receiver in the matter of Wyeth and Horton , with attached company note (1899) - "This to be entered in the Agreement Book".
