Metropolitan Borough of Islington : at a meeting of the Council held at the Municipal Buildings, Upper Street, N.1, on Friday, the 19th October 1928 : It was unanimously resolved:- that a vote of thanks to Alderman Herbert Samuel Jordan fo rhis services as chairman of the public health committee during the past three years be affirmed under seal of council.
