A warning against popish doctrines: or, observations on the Reverend Mr. Thomas Broughton's defence of an inherent immortality in man ; shewing it to be a doctrine of human invention, and adopted by the Rominsh church, as the foundation of her idolatrous worship, and the true foot from which all the great corruptions in the Christian church have sprung, and diametrically opposite to the Christian religion, which teaches the restoration of life to man by Jesus Christ. With a proposal, submitted to the consideration of the legislative Power, for a law that may more effectually prevent the progress of popery.
