Description
The Audit Committee was established in 2002 to assist the Council in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities. It was established to review the financial reporting process, both statutory and internal, the system of internal control and management of risk, both financial and non financial, the annual audit and the Society's processes for monitoring compliance with laws and regulations and its own code of conduct.
