    A LETTER, &c. &c. My Loud : The arrival of a disease called Cholera-Morbus in the Metropolis being at length officially announced by the Council-Office, I feel it a duty to make a few remarks upon the circumstance of the so-called disease having existed in other parts of the country since the latter end of October without necessary steps being taken to mitigate it, or avert the consequences likely to follow its introduction into large and populous towns.
