Notes
Louise Coulson comes from Bolton. She works for Children Services at Bolton Council. She will be supporting various community projects through starting an arts project from the plinth. Will also be reading poetry, might even write a poem on her experiences of being on the plinth. She is going to re-erect a photographic image of the plinth in Bolton and children from the community to proactively get involved. She is currently writing a play and enters various poetry competitions.
