  • Letter dated 30 June 1946 from P B Medawar to Haldane regarding corrections to a manuscript.
  • Letter dated 13 July 1946 from Medawar to Haldane regarding an unkown disease affecting Medawar's mouse colony.
  • Three letters dated 17, 18 and 19 November 1947 between Haldane and Medawar regarding an article by Medawar in Biological Review. Includes a handwritten draft of Haldane's letter of 17 November and a handwritten, untitled, article on selection which does not appear to be related to the correspondence.
  • Three letters dated 3, 19 and 29 December between Medawar and Haldane regarding ABO blood groups and the newly-created Chair of Genetics at the University of Birmingham. Includes a handwritten draft of Haldane's letter of 19 December.
  • Two letters between Medawar and Haldane regarding research into the use of cortisone during pregnancy for Rhesus-negative women. Haldane's letter is dated 19 July 1951.
  • Two letters dated 9 and 10 November 1951 between Medawar and Haldane regarding reports on the work of L S Penrose and others for the Royal Society Sectional Committee for Zoology. Includes a copy of Haldane's report.
  • Copy of a note from Haldane's secretary to the Assistant Secretary, The Royal Society, returning a paper by A M Turing. [paper not enclosed with this copy]
