George William Soltau, of Suffolk-lane, London, merchant, the claimant of one-half part of all and singular the goods, wares, and merchandizes,laden and on board the said ship, as the true, lawful, and sole property of Peter Van Zeller, Arnold Van Zeller, and John Van Zeller, of Oporto, merchants, and subjects of Her Faithful Majesty the Queen of Portugal; also for one sixteenth part of the said goods, wares and merchandizes, on behalf of Hendrick and Johan Martin Brauer, Merchants, and inhabitants of the free imperial city of Hamburgh; also on behalf of Persent and Dormer, of the said free imperial city of Hamburgh, owners of one other sixteenth part of the said goods, wares and merchandizes, appellant, against John Maclarin, Esq. commander of His Majesty's ship of war Triton, his officers, mariners, captors of the said ship Jonge Dirke, and her cargo, respondents, appendix to the appellant's case.
