Project Summary:The aim of this project is to give students a chance to work alongside practising scientists and engineers, contributing to research or development projects in universities, industry, field centres and research institutions. Lasting from four to six weeks and carried out during the summer holidays, projects have a clear scientific or technological purpose, contribute to the work of the host organisation and allow scope for initiative.
