Fifthly, the power and authority of the lord, and of the Steward, and the Privilege of the Tenants, with Variety of Law-Cases and Resolutions concerning Copyholders, and the whole Business of Court-Keeping: And also Surveys of Manors, Rentals, Steward's Accounts, Fees, &c.
