Notes

Emma Roy-Williams comes from Manchester. On the plinth she is going to dress up as polar bear to highlight the link between climate change and development and how the two are interlinked and how the poorer climates are affected by the actions of the richest. She will also be writing on a large white board with facts and figures. She is doing this for Christian Aid which is affiliated with Platform 2. Platform 2 organise for young people to go on placements in poorer countries to help build facilities for the local community. She went to Peru with Platform 2.
