Michael Collins lives in Eastleigh in Hampshire. Very interested in IT and wants to pursue a career in this sector. He is a scout leader and has been involved ever since the age of six. On the plinth he is going up with a tent to perform various scout activities. Also going to be talking about a rain tax.
