Leucocytes (Bos Taurus).

Shows the normal behaviour of bovine leucocytes in vital preparation. After the addition of bovine leucocydin the cells remain where they are and swell, the granules are discharged and the cell nuclei become indistinct. In other cases disintegration of the rounded, swollen nucleus can be seen.
