Notes

Alice Grundy comes from Liverpool. She is Project Manager for an 'out-sourcing' company. She used to work in manufacturing and comments on the decline of the industry in UK. She is doing it for a charity called Nugent Care which is located in the north west and wants to raise awareness for the charity as it is a small charity. She is also wearing a t-shirt for the charity. On the Nugent Care website people will be asked to send messages to be read out on the plinth. Her friend will email her with the messages for the notice board on plinth and she will then read out. Nugent Care is a community based charity with volunteer teams working with people who have learning difficulties, hard of hearing people within the community. It tries to help people who can't help them self.
