Medallions, as follows:

1985:
The Queen's Award for Technological Achievement. Wellcome Research Laboratories. Two "Solid Sterling Silver" medallions in blue presentation cases.
The Queen's Award for Technological Achievement. Wellcome Research Laboratories. Three "Solid Bronze" medallions, two of which are in their original perspex cases, the other enclosed in original retaining card only.

1986:
The Queen's Award for Technological Achievement. Wellcome Research Laboratories. Seven "Solid Nickel Silver" medallions: four are set in two metal and glass frames (showing obverse and reverse), and the other three are in their original perspex cases.

1987:
The Queen's Award for Technological Achievement. Wellcome Diagnostics. Ten medallions of bronze appearance, nine of which are in their original blue presentation cases. One case contains two medallions.

1989:
One glass paperweight with Queen's Award logo.

1990:
The Queen's Award for Technological Achievement. Wellcome Research Laboratories. One "Solid Proof Medallion" in its original perspex case.
