Some had been certified earlier and were transferred from other institutions. Notes mainly  by Jane B. Henderson, Rosina C. Despard, Emily Dove, Sheila M. Ross. Volume is not full: pp. 1-204 contain patient case notes (some blank page presumably left for additional comments), pp. 205-421are  blank, except for a few with name at head and reference to another volume.
