Notes

Andrew Lee comes from Birmingham. He has been a trained chef for the last 12 years. Loves food and sees it as creative and artistic. He has worked in Portugal and France and travelled around the UK with his work. Spent 6 months in India and would like to do more travelling in the future. On the plinth he is going to take up some precooked pancakes and has made a pretend stove out of cardboard, tinfoil, coloured paper. Took glitter and pretended to make pancakes but then threw the real pancakes (made earlier and kept warm) into the crowd using home-made parachutes. He has a friend on the ground who will be handing out various fillings for the pancakes to the people who received them. He is wearing the usual chef's attire.
