Notes

Susan Martin comes from Liverpool and has an Irish background. She worked in social services for a few years. On the plinth she will be knitting with giant knitting needles. She is doing this for herself and the cause for good mental health. She is a biologist and is fascinated with people. She has four grown up children and also has foster children. She runs a little drop-in mental health centre which she runs with a friend. She also runs a small charity shop.
