Ehter can: E.R. Squibb & Sons/New York. Metal-capped canister containing 100g ether, with printed paper label, supplied in cardboard carton. The cans in which ether was sold were adapted by P.J. Flagg of New York for emergency anaesthesia and recommended for military use.
