10 February, 1906. Signed Agreement between William Cooper & Nephews and Arthur Hawtree, of Chicago. "It is mutually agreed that Hawtree shall enter the service of Cooper and proceed to the Argentine Republic for the purpose of advancing the interests of Cooper particularly in connection with Sheep Shearing Machines...."

26 July, 1907. Copy Agreement between William Cooper & Nephews and Dr S D Gillett, of Salt Lake City, Utah, engaging him as a general representative for Utah and Nevada, and portions of Wyoming and Idaho.
