    Bri^Gwater lp)ort Sanitary Hutborit^. ANNUAL REPORT fop the Yeap 1918. I have the honour to submit my report on the work of the Bridgwater Port Sanitary Authority for the year ending December 31st, 1918. The Health conditions continue to be quite satisfactor}’, no cases of illness having been reported, and only one death, which was caused by accident. There have been no arrivals from Infected Ports and no special warnings issued. Appended to this report is that received from the Inspector of Nuisances, on which I have no comment to make. I have to remind the Authority that no provision has yet been made to provide Hospital Accommodation for cases of infectious illness, and beg to suggest that negotiations be entered into with the Town Council for the use of the Isola- tion Hospital at the Docks for cases of infectious illness. INSPECTOR’S REPORT. I have to report that during the year ending December 31st, 1918, the usual inspection of the vessels arriving within the jurisdiction of the Authority has been fully maintained, and I herewith submit the usual tables shewing the number of vessels entering the port and particulars of defects found. I am able to report that the w hole of the defects were abated previous to the vessels leaving Port. TABLE No. 1.
