Beginning: "I have now had the opportunity of more fully discussing the business matter with Mr Timson and it seems we are now of one mind and I have the pleasure of sending you a very rough draft Agreement for sale of the businesses of W C & N of Berkhamsted and Kelvindale to W C & N Limited. When we are agreed upon the substance of the Agreement it should be submitted to Counsel for consideration".
