083068/Z/07/Z: Feeling the Force

Project description:Oily Cart will work with a psychobiologist to research, develop and evaluate creative work for young people with an Austistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This project will create a piece of theatre specifically for children with ASD, that will stimulate their curiosity into their own sense of self, their bodies and physicality. Through the exploration of the effects of gravity, movement and force, the young audience will learn and engage with their world around them. In addition, the scientific analysis of the project will inform and develop artistic techniques to enable the young audiences to participate, communicate and benefit from the show.
