A documentary film which asks why AIDS continues to spread in spite of the fact that we know how to prevent it. It follows the case histories featured in ITV's 1991 film, "AIDS - What Shall We Tell Our Children?" and finds that judgmental attitudes to AIDS, founded on ignorance, still discourage those at risk from taking an HIV test.
