Notes

Thomas Oliver comes from Stevenage in Hertfordshire. He works in IT and would love to write a novel but more concerned with keeping enough money coming in to support his family and their needs. He is going on the plinth taking up a blackboard and flipboard, a wig and papier-mâché clown and for a short period of time will be the test card girl from the BBC. Will make sure he doesn't embarrass his family, friends or colleagues. He can't be political as he is working for quite big a newspaper and magazine group maintaining their systems.
