Paul Dale comes from Dudley in the West Midlands. He works as a window cleaner. Dropped out of university when he was younger and now regrets the decision so has gone back (online) at the University of London and is now in the second year of a law degree. In his spare time he loves scuba diving an described a sea dive he did. He also does diving in quarries. Obsessed with playing noughts and crosses and has been for the last two years. On the plinth he will be playing music and handing out sweets to the crowd.
