Notes

Interview with Rachel Phelan conducted by Michelle Owoo. A 17 year old student with ambitions to study photography at university, she plans to take two cameras (one analogue and one digital) onto the plinth with her and take photos. She also plans to take up some balloons and draw illustrations on them before letting them go.
