This material was given to the Contemporary Medical Archives Centre by Dr Michael Bevan of the Wellcome Unit for the History of Medicine, Oxford, who conducted the interviews, in July 1996.

National Sound Archive ref C648 'Wellcome Trust Oral History of general Practice 1935-52'. Additional materials acquired by Dr Bevan and subsequently transferred to the Contemporary Medical Archives Centre in the course of this project have been assigned separate GP references.
