This surgical text is ascribed to one Thomas Presbyter here, but on the attribution to John of Tracia see Lynn Thorndike, 'Another manuscript of Leonard of Bertipaglia and John de Tracia', Bulletin of the Institute of the History of Medicine 4 (1936), pp. 259-260.

Physical description

1 volume 200 [mis-numbered 201] pp. folio. 28 1/2 x 21 cm. Contemporary blind stamped calf binding. Two leaves have been cut out between p.72 and p.73. Written in a sloped humanistic hand in two columns, 27-31 lines to a column. Initial S on p. 1 in blue and gold, other capitals in gold and red, headings in red.
