His Majesty's royal bounty: Or, A scheme for keeping in His Majesty's service such a number of seamen, that, upon the breaking out of a war, or when required for any particular service, upon three months notice, 24000 able seamen (exclusive of officers) may be ready to embark on board such of His Majesty's ships as shall be required.
