Bottrill, William (& others)

Occult library, containing secrets in magic, witchcraft, divination and the power of sympathy and antipathy as implanted in Nature: gathered from numerous authors. Illustrated with pen-drawings of talismans, sigils, etc.: and a coloured drawing of a magic crystal mounted on a pedestal. Some headings in red or blue. Only the first 8 leaves seem to be by the hand of Bottrill. The remainder is written by the later owner, as stated in his note on the first leaf.

Purchased 1933.

A later owner, has written below the title as given above: 'This book I [name erased] bought of a bookseller at Leeds price 1/3'.
