Observations sur la Requête présentée au Roy par le Corps du Clergé et de la Noblesse sous le nom des États de la Province d'Artois. With 6 other (copies of) documents relating to the administration of hospitals, almshouses, infirmaries, etc. The object of these 'Observations' is to refute the claim of the 'États' to have unrestricted jurisdiction and control over charitable institutions as against the local and municipal authorities of each community. The date 1763 is found on the verso of the first leaf of text in the main document.
