Description
4 September, 1945. Memorandum from Frank Hartley, Secretary: "... in view of the substantial modifications in the future working of TRC proposed by the Board ... it is thought that member-companies might desire to consider whether any endorsement of the agreement of December 1941 is required." In particular, Clause 10, which was concerned with the conduct of pooled research, was addressed in an attached document ("Suggested Possible Revision of Clause 10 of Member-Companies Agreement"), offering in "rough draft" the text of a revised Clause.
