About this work

Description

This reel shows the Watford Spastics Centre in 1965. We follow a day in the life of children and staff there from the parents / ambulance crew dropping the children off to picking up time at the end of the day. Activities shown include children in the classrooms, playing outside, having physiotherapy, lunchtime in the canteen and nap time on rows of camp beds in the classroom.
