About this work
Description
The Lectures series consists of handwritten manuscripts, typescripts, and transcripts of lectures delivered by Brenner from 1959 to 2010. The series is arranged chronologically by the date of the lecture. The files occasionally include supplemental material, such as lecture outlines, transparencies, meeting programs, correspondence, abstracts, and meeting notes. Related material is typically found in the Institutional Correspondence subseries (SB/1/2). Lecture announcements and posters can also be found in the Ephemera series (SB/10). Of note are the drafts for Brenner's 2002 Nobel Prize lecture and a set of handwritten notes from the 1976 Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory DNA Insertions Meeting.
