Audrey Amiss sketchbook: pencil sketches applied with pressure, with pastel and watercolour (c. Mar 1963)

Sketchbook created by Audrey Amiss, pencil, pastel and watercolour sketches (monochrome; colour), with no annotations. Sketches are applied with heavy pressure, sometimes causing damage and tears to the paper. Elements of the sketches have been erased using a rubber, which appears to have been a compositional decision. Also includes a programme for Rosalyn Tureck at Royal Festival Hall, Sun 31 March 1963. The date has been estimated during cataloguing and is based on the contents of the volume.
