    S;kI-JIT.\RY CONDITIONS OF THE AREi\ DRAINS AHD SEl’fERAGE With the completion of the Littlemoss Sewerage Scheme, the whole of the Urban District Area is now sewered. The sewage is conveyed to the Manchester Corporation System via a main outfall sewer at Clayton Bridge, and is treated at that Authority's disposal plant at Davyhulme, S.UTITMT ACC0MI>10DATI0N The position as at the end of the year was as follows: Pail Closets Houses served by Septic Tanks Houses served by cesspools 13 12 2 CLEAIJ ¥ATSR Supplies to the district are provided by the Manchester Corporation Waterworks Department and the West Pennine Water Board (which sui:)plies the Littlemoss parish area). The water is upland surface water, 2 Samples were taken by the Public Health Inspectors, both of which were reported as satisfactory. No fluoride additions are yet made by the water undertakings.
