Liber practices. Contents: De febribus (ff. 2-98); De morbis mulierum et pueroram (ff. 100-127); De morbis partium (ff. 130-262). Notes of a student of a course of lectures, by the same hand as MS. No. 4829. The name Rocco Antonio Pansa appears on the first leaf, and inside the lower cover, and is probably that of the scribe.
