Notes

Barry Hipwell lives in Norfolk. He is a structural engineer. Spent 5 years in the army and then came out and retrained as an engineer. He is an avid fan of One and Other. Has spent time in Spain which he loved. On the plinth he will be using children's building blocks to build and explain to the crowd why he is using it. He is a self-confessed Tweckler and is expecting a lot of friendly abuse whilst on the plinth on Twitter.
