Notes

Jennifer Shepherd comes from Belfast. She was originally from North Wales. She is a Production Manager and used to manage theatre tours. The t-shirt she is wearing advertises "Ellie Poo" a company called Exotic paper company who are a recycled paper company using elephant poo. On the plinth she will be making paper aeroplanes made out of "Ellie Poo" paper and paper with pictures drawn by family and friends.
