The material in accessions 537 and 593 was given to the Contemporary Medical Archives Centre in August and October 1995 by Dr John Holden, one of the partners in the practice. Additional uncatalogued material (not all of it relating to this practice) has been received from Dr Holden.

John Holden FRCGP (b.1953) was a general practitioner in Haydock, Lancashire, and a partner in the Haydock Health Centre practice.
