Notes

Duncan Scott lives in Peterborough. He works as a cartoonist for the Beano and the Dandy. Used to live in Birmingham for 13 years after university. On the plinth he is going to dress up as clown in a costume and paper mache mask he has make with cartoon eyes. Likes horror so his hour will be a bit sinister. Wearing an apron with red paint splatters to look like blood.
