    Press the bulb carefully, causing the vagina to partly fill. In a moment allow the fluid to return into the syringe. Now inject again and you will find the heated fluid has caused the parts to relax and permit of a larger injection ; this may be retained within the parts as long as desired by keeping the bulb compressed. By relaxing the pressure, the injection, together with all secretions and discharges, will be instantly drawn into the-bulb by suction. Eject fluid from syringe, cleanse same, and repeat the opera¬ tion with fresh water. To take a quick cleansing douche without suction, remove guard, insert nozzle pipe, and inject a syringe or two of tepid water, allowing same to pass off in a douche pan or vessel. After using syringe, always rinse thoroughly, and stand on nozzle end until dry. Note.—The nozzle tip may be unscrewed for sterilizing and thorough cleansing, also for filling the syringe without suction. IMPORTANT. Before attempting to fill or use the syringe, read the directions over twice very carefully, and be sure that you follow them. A few moments’ careful study of same, as also a little experimen¬ ting with the syringe, will enable you to use it intelligently, and to your entire satisfaction.
