Together with the Declaration of Independence, the constitution of the United States, with its amendments, and the constituion of the state of Vermont: with an appendix: containing the several laws, which have heretofore been passed by the legislature, regulating proprietors' meetings, granting general land taxes, exclusive privileges to companies for locks, toll bridges, turnpike roads, &c. And the titles of all the acts which have not been repealed, or become obsolete. Published by authority.
