An incomplete copy, containing pp. 1399-1926 of Vol. 2, and pp. xxvii-xlii of Vol. 1, bound together in a single volume. Interleaved with notes by Pereira, and (following pp. 1530, 1582, 1586, 1628, 1632, 1866) case notes by Robert Brudenell Carter (1828-1919) and letters to Pereira from August Faber, John Lindley, Henry Beasley and others.
