Notes

Cathy Bache comes from Fife in Scotland. Talks a lot about meditation and how it has transformed her since she discovered it over 10 years ago. She will be meditating for all the children in the world on the plinth and has various people around the world also meditating with her for the same cause. Talks about the net of Indra. She used to be a drama school teacher and when she had children of her own she began child-minding. Has a daily practice and meditates as part of a group once a week. Talks about how she believes meditation works and helps people, those that do it and those that they can connect through it. One thing that meditation has also done is bring her closer to nature and approximately five years ago she set up an outdoor nursery for 2-5 years olds.
