Notes

Mervyn Huggett comes from Linfield in West Sussex. He is wearing a t-shirt with "stick it on trade clips". He works for a company called Wire Fast which provides messaging services for multinational companies which includes Trade Clips. On the plinth he will be building a weather station and will bring up a toy rabbit. The rabbit will slide down and trigger off a ball with 6 balloons (with coloured powder in them) which will burst which will also trigger 5 long balloons which will fly around, trigger off one more ball which will hit the a statue of Anthony Gormley..
