Description

The material in this section relates to WWS's involvement with the case of Patty Hearst, the American heiress who was kidnapped by the Symbionese Liberation Army and later convicted of taking part in an armed robbery with members of the SLA. WWS interviewed Patty Hearst in November 1975 and publicly voiced his opinion that she was the victim of brainwashing.
