Notes

Kate Hopkins comes from Chipping Norton. She is an artist and part time arts administrator whose work involves making ceramic shoes. On the plinth she will be wearing very large 2d ceramic shoes. There will also be banners with Andy Warhol quotes on them. She will make a mini plinth to put her other shoes on. She won't be performing but will just be there with her shoes.
